The NRS Tow Tether 33", commonly called a “cow tail,” is designed for swiftwater rescue professionals and paddlers who need a reliable connection point for towing boats during rescue situations.

The elastic tether stretches from 19" to 33", providing extra reach when needed while remaining compact when not under tension. A hook-and-loop patch on the O-ring helps center the tether on compatible rescue PFDs, while an additional hook patch near the carabiner can secure to compatible PFD loop panels for convenient storage and quick access.

The included NRS Nuq Twist Lock Carabiner helps reduce accidental snagging on brush, ropes and other gear, making it well suited for demanding river and rescue environments. A large forged aluminum O-ring provides a strong and dependable attachment point.
