Gunwale Guard is a penetrating finish that will enhance and protect wood gunwales, yokes and thwarts. Shelter the wood on your canoe, kayak or other boats from mildew and harmful UV rays without darkening your woodwork.

Remove all non-oil finishes before applying. Two coats should be enough to do the job. Apply liberally and at least twice per year.
