WAVpaddling Winter 2012-2013 Pool Clinics

Join WAVpaddling instructors this fall and winter in the pool to learn valuable kayaking skills. Improve while the weather is cold so you are confident and ready to jump back into the water in the spring!

Pool sessions are organized by the Manitoba Whitewater Club (MWC).

Location: Pan Am Pool, 25 Poseidon Bay - Winnipeg, MB

Time: 8:00 to 9:30 pm Mondays (see schedule below)

Costs:

WAVpaddling

  • $20 per clinic (Cash or cheque only - cheques can be made out to Wilderness Supply Co.)

Manitoba Whitewater Club

  • Pool fees are $5 per session (for those taking a clinic), $10 if you are not
  • Annual pool package cost is $150 for 24 weeks, payable to Manitoba Whitewater Club at Pan Am pool
  • All participants must register as a Manitoba Whitewater Club member.  The annual membership fee is $30 and is a one time fee.

Rentals available at Wilderness Supply for $10 per night if needed

To Register:

  • Register with payment of $20 at Wilderness Supply or at the Pan Am Pool on Monday nights
  • First registration night is Monday October 29, 2012

Introduction to Kayaking: April 29

Flat and Fancy Clinic Dates: 2 part clinic November 19 and December 3 - SORRY THIS CLINIC IS FULL

Clinics will run with a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 6 per instructor
